The psychiatrist I talked to was nice, but the staff at this organization who handle the scheduling were all very unprofessional. When booking my first appointment, they first confirmed the time with me through email, but the other day they called me before 8am and told me I need to reschedule. Then closer to the meeting date, they called me again telling me that I had to reschedule again to the following week. I asked for the reason and the person over the phone got impatient. The same experience just happened again for my follow-up appointment this week - someone called me today and asked me if I am willing to move my appointment to a later time.
The staff at this organization clearly need more training. They need to understand what clients they are dealing with - people come here because of depression or anxiety disorders, but their unprofessional attitude and services can only make the clients more anxious.

Very rude and unprofessional. I wanted to get assessed for ADHD. Provided my insurance information three times over the phone and they refused to give me any cost estimate for the assessment, but insisted on getting my credit card info to book an appointment. When I asked to speak to the manager they told me no and I quote, "You either go through me or you get no help at all". This was beyond unprofessional and I am happy to have found Elite Focus Clinic, in Los Altos, where they care about helping people.

Since I've been to SavantCare my mental state has improved so much! My anxiety and depressive symptoms were something that I struggled with all my life, but the team at SavantCare changed all that. They worked with me to find a prescription combination that worked best for me and their level of attentiveness and compassion really shows that they care too.

I booked an appointment with an office of there's in Los Angeles, gave them my insurance info and debit card details, and was not supposed to pay anything until day of appointment, and got charged $30.90 from Savant Care incorporated, when it first happened the payment got declined due to insufficient funds, then the next week it happened again and was declined, then the week after that it charged my card $30.90, do not give this company your card details, there is a scam going on with someone using their name, can't even get proper mental health care without someone trying to scam you or something.

I’ve been very happy with the team at SavantCare! They are always quick to respond and are focused on my care. The two doctors I’ve worked with are very capable and thorough, really taking their time to explore with me, and I never feel rushed with them. Their assistants have also been great, always responding quickly even outside of business hours, and ensuring my requests are quickly met. The only complaint I’d have is that their online appointment/messaging system is somewhat awkward and not particularly intuitive, and takes a bit of getting used to… but it works well enough, and the doctors and assistants always respond rapidly, which helps make up for the system’s shortcomings. Aside from that, I have nothing but praise for everyone I’ve interacted with!

Poorly run organization. It took a month to go through their on-boarding process and get an available appointment. The night before my first appointment, I received an email noting my appointment was cancelled (after receiving an email every day that my appointment was coming up and they would charge me if I cancelled). I couldn't reach the admin I was assigned to until the next day, who simply said my doctor had cancelled my appointment without giving a reason. When I asked to reschedule, I was told "I have to see if the doctor still wants to help you."
Two weeks later, I still hadn't heard anything, and left that admin a voicemail. The next day, I received a call from someone else at the organization noting that the doctor I had been assigned was leaving the company, and also stating that I had been the one to cancel my appointment, not the doctor. They did offer to try to set me up with another doctor, but I have since found someone else to work with.
I had been really looking forward to finding help from an organization that came highly recommended to me, but felt sabotaged at every turn by their staff. The admin personnel I worked with were rude and had a poor "bedside manner," especially considering they are working with people looking for psychiatric assistance. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for help.

A colossal waste of time. I was trying to get a simple assessment for ADHD. They cancelled my appointment a couple times due to them accidentally scheduling over their holiday and then having tech issues. Finally got an appointment, over the course of an hour I answered the same list of questions live that I’d already filled out, only for them to tell me they couldn’t actually give me a diagnosis, that was something only a neuropsychologist could do (so why were they wasting my time then?) and to say that I probably had ADHD, but maybe not because it’s usually caught as a child, despite it being a highly researched fact and common knowledge that women are under diagnosed with ADHD as children. The practitioner just doesn’t seem to know anything about ADHD, he also said if I had ADHD, I wouldn’t have a successful career, which obviously isn’t true, there are many successful people with ADHD. So they wasted months of time as they rescheduled me and hours of my time as I dealt with their tech issues and incompetency, only for them not to even give me an answer, and to only tell me during the appointment they didn’t even have the credentials to give me an answer in the first place.
