I had the pleasure of having a session with Pia and her beautiful horse, Lola. Pia has a down-to-earth, kind and soft energy. She guided me through the session with clarity & focus, and she knew exactly what to say when and where, as if she was one with Lola. Lola picked up on my energy, and mirrored back to me an issue I was working on - and the lesson I learned was that it was all about my energy. We are all made up of energy, this energy vibrates from every cell in our body. It is when we bring awareness to our energy, we learn to understand our emotions and anything stuck in our subconscious. So, if you would like to bring more awareness to some part of yourself and could use some support, then Pia and Lola are definitely for you ?

Positiv, nærværende og anderledes oplevelse! Det var en helt ny kombination for mig med hesteterapi og business coaching, men jeg var positivt overrasket. Der var flere øvelser, som kan gavne med henblik på kommunikation, tilstedeværelse og refleksion ift. en selv, sine personlige og arbejdsmæssige relationer. Pia virker super dygtig, opmærksom og kompetent - og stiller nogle interessante spørgsmål, som giver grund til eftertanke og aspekter, som man kan arbejde videre med.

My coaching experience with Pia was transformational. Finding myself in times of uncertainty in both my professional life and in my connection to myself I was guided and nudged to ‘re-calibrate’ by working with my values.
Pia’s coaching enabled me to unclutter my expectations and my relation to myself. With compassion she was helping me find my grounding and uncover a more balanced and happier me. The feeling of being in safe hands opened up for challenging my potential and finding a sense of professional purpose which was ultimately leading to being both a happier and a better leader and employee.
Working through the sessions it was with a feeling of the fog clearing by being utterly cared for, listened to and inspired to take actions for my own good. Pia evoked within me an increased sense of self-confidence, inner-strength and belief, all of which became completely life-changing for me!

Big thank you to both Pia and Sally for such a wonderful experience that was both transformative and grounding. Interacting with the horses in this way just brought me ‘back’ some how.
