Amazing experience. A must see if u are anywhere near LA. A truly a Hollywood experience. Plenty of space along the road to park for a short while and stroll and shop. The Palm trees are very mesmerizing and very unique to California.

I could have stayed here all day. From the most amazing collection of Coach Ive ever seen! Ready to Wear, Shoes, Belts, Bags and jewelry. They monogrammed for me + cleaned my handbag I had with me. Excellent service.

To be honest i had really bad experience with this brand , i bought a coat after two days i want return it and no one try to help me even the costumer service try to bush me to take it aways . I am in the store and they do not help me as the policy’s here in US even its wrote on the back of receipt i have 30 days to return the items. I really advise to avoid that shop and brand.

Although it's an upscale high-end retailer it's not just for the snooty and elite it's a comfortable store which anybody could shop in if they can afford it of course but it's not like most high-end retailers. It's a comfortable store that anyone would feel like they belong there. My favorite thing about the store is not just high fashion, it's the highest quality that will last for a long time and stay in style as well!

Terrible experience for my three minutes in the store. Came to get a new wallet and as I was looking at one, I took out my current, same brand wallet to compare. A salesperson walked by and said, “No stealing, sir,” in a serious tone. I glared back with an annoyed look and she said, “just joking,” giggled and walked away. I promptly put the wallet down and left the store. I was disgusted by that comment, will never patronize this store again, and recommend you don’t either.

After being completely ignored at a different store down the street, we came to my partner’s other favorite brand store. Natali has been absolutely amazing. All staff have been super friendly but I want to rave about how awesome Natali has been as she guided us step by step with finding the exact items my partner wanted; even adding pins and tags and monogramming items. I will happily shop here in the future and highly recommend working with Natali.
