After several times of thinking maybe somebody's just having a bad day... I actually had to seek out a location to write a review. It is absolutely unbelievable that I literally have to prepare myself to go in and speak with these people. I'm literally scared to go in there as nice as I try to be. .... It never fails they will make me feel like I am an inconvenience and incompetent. As if they are just looking for a reason to jump my case or to refuse the service. Which I do pay for.... I cannot take my business anywhere else I have no choice but to go in there and tag a vehicle and I have no choice but to leave feeling horribly because of the negativity. I'm beside myself but this is gone on for so long. It's not just your average unfriendly person it's literally degrading we're talking eye rolls huffing and puffing and nine times out of 10 one lady especially will find a way to make it so that you cannot do what you came there to do. Sometimes I even think she makes up rules. She is by far the meanest customer service person I've ever dealt with my my entire life. And it never fails the last four times I've been in there I have gone through this.

Tried to call and ask about getting a car I bought licensed. Lady on the phone was unhelpful and unwilling to work with me or help me in any way, shape, or form.

My brief phone call to the treasurer dept lead me to believe all the neg reviews. The two employees I spoke with were short and reluctant to answer basic questions. Thankfully it the right country but in the wrong state so I don't have to deal with these people.

'Customer service' is non-existent. Employees of this office treated me as if I were a burden, DID NOT answer all of my questions and cut me off to help another customer. Also, stated it was 'their lunch hour' that I had interupted and maybe I should try again later. Unacceptable. I'll most certainly remember this experience during the next election.

Had an out of state title which had problems. Took problem to state DMV which cleared up the problems. Buffalo county would still not issue a title. It is past time to do a house cleaning at the upper levels at the DMV and Treasurer!!!

Why does every person that works at the treasurers office have to be rude, I swear every time I go there I deal with nothing but rude workers. You get paid to help customers if you don’t like your job and can’t be friendly to those who go then do t work there it’s as easy as that! I’m tired of rude people!!
