Luoie the owner is the man with the skill and knowledge, he is honest and patient to explain the detail of the issue and parts, I called a few repair shops, this is the only one who has an idea which part is wrong, (other a few directly suggest swap the whole trans), Luo suggested only clutch set replace can solve the problem, and it did, although a bit pricy, but seems it certianly worth it! Thanks!

Ask for louie. Very fast, professional, and reasonable. He took the time to explain to me what was wrong and didn't just shove a bill down my throat. He definitely helped me extend the life of my car by at least another 2 years until I can more better afford to buy a new one. We certainly recommend to anyone in the area

My 2014 Chrysler Mini Van "limped" into Tra-Par. Lou diagnosed the problem and informed me the transmission needed total rebuild.
My van was repaired and back on the road in 3 days. That's great service!
I highly recommend Tra-Par. Lou was honest with me and Transmission comes with warranty.

Lou - the owner/mechanic, is a dying breed! His work is impeccable and his prices are beyond fair and reasonable AND his honesty is unique! Went in to get my Nissan Altima CVT transmission fixed he was very knowledgeable & the price was beyond fair turn around time was one week. I would highly recommend Tra-Par.

Louie at Tra-Par Transmission was were great to deal with! Had my car towed to his shop thinking my transmission broke but after he assessed the damage it turned out to be a snapped axle. He got my car back to me quickly, felt he was very honest and I had a good experience overall dealing with him. Hopefully I won't need his services too soon again but will come back if I do.

I've been doing business with Lou now for about 20 years and while I do allot of mechanic work myself, I ALWAYS go to Lou/TraPar when I need serious work done on all my vehicles (trucks and cars) when it's more than I can handle which is allot of the time! You can TRUST Lou - when was the last time you heard someone say that about their auto mechanic?!?!?!? AAAA++++

Went to Lou few weeks ago to get my 2008 Honda Civic trans. checked. Went for a test ride, Lou explained in detail how the trans. works and was very honest with me that there was nothing wrong with my trans....thank goodness. He did make a few other suggestions that he checked out and was able to eliminate but his final suggestion was with my new tires it may be possible they need to rebalanced and he was right! THANKS Lou!
