What has been done to 95 in Baltimore and Harford counties is an absolute nightmare. Why are there SO MANY huge bumps south out at 152? Both right two lanes right where the wall starts. Then on the NB the whole right lane is slanted and bumpy all the way. The lane next to it is worse. ALWAYS an accident that side. I won’t even take 95N around here at all. Unbelievable.

AND this business of one truck with ZERO cones or barrels in the right lane completely stopped is beyond unacceptable. Leaving signs up that a lane is closed when it’s not. All these things are very dangerous and you’re causing accidents!

I would give 0 if I could! This truck was pulled along the side on 165 today with the MDOT logo! The truck pulled out in front of me, I have a 4 year old child in the vehicle. When it pulled out like that there was another car coming. I had to slam on my brakes and pull aside. I followed the vehicle to get the number to complain about the driving. When I called the number a male answered. He sarcastically said “let me get you a number to complain about that wreck less driver! The rude tone told me no one at this company cares about the safety of others! Just sad to be a company allowing a driver like that on the streets and then not do anything when someone informs you!

I’ve been trying to get a lien release for 6 months. Mailed in all documents and have been told so on several occasions , however when I call and Brandy (or brand something as she says her name fast so you will not catch it) answers the phone she is very rude and hostile as if she woke up and ate nails for breakfast and spits fire for lunch needless to say nothing gets accomplished. This is the most unprofessional customer service representative i’ve ever experienced. If something was missing from my file no one has reached out by call, email or otherwise. You can’t speak to anyone in the lien deportment only the mean gatekeepers that are keeping you from actually taking care of your business. ‍?

I had a wonderful experience today with Maryland Dept. of Transportation. A person name Sandra listened to me about an insurance case that was preventing us from renewing our vehicle. She realized that there was a mistake previously and went above and beyond to get it corrected. I really appreciate her patience and willingness to listen about the details, and her help to get this sorted out! Please give this lady recognition, she is a rare and valuable employee!

VERY disrespectful AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I called to speak to someone on May 9th, 2024 around 1pm regarding my license. She would not allow me to get a word out, she slammed the phone down as to so called put me on hold. While I was waiting I couldn’t help but over here the rude gesture made about me to a coworker. She then comes back to the phone to talk loud over me while I was inquiring about my license. She then told me she’s not arguing or going back and forth with me, when I replied “I’m not arguing I’m just asking if you can listen to what I’m saying. She immediately cut me off saying “No, you need to listen to me.” She then repeated im not going back and forth with you and passed me to another department… CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT TAKINF SERIOUSLY WITH THIS POINTS DEPARTMENT AND SHE SHOULD BE REPRIMANDED FOR HER DISPOSITION

Horrible customer service. I work in public service, so I more than understand what I feels like to be on the other side. I never escalate or raise my voice, yet I had the lady on the other side belittle me. I tried to explain my situation and she talked over me every time, then told me she could no longer help me and withheld information because of the power trip she was on. I am so disappointed, and feel very uncomfortable trying to reach out again.

Shutting down I-695 without broadcasting a traffic advisory was just brilliant. Nothing like driving along and coming to a police roadblock shutting down a major artery with no warning and having to figure things out as best you can. Incompetent morons.

MDOT is not a reputable routing provider. Find another state for your GPS routing needs. (Google Map reviews should not filter into Mobility placements to cause bad service and horrible handicap treatment after filing of a complaint. I am advocating for the firing of all police oversight and neglect involved in these errant placements.)
