This is in reference to Carmel Square Apartments ,and all that I state is my opinion. This is absolutely one of the worst places I have lived. Always trash on the ground. Place is junked up. Everyone is allowed to do as they wish,Even though the rules are a mile long. Depending on who you are and if management likes you, the rules don't apply to you. One guy has his own 4wheeler/car repair businesses there. Management Is horrible. She is very bias and has a terrible attitude problem. She, and the way things are ran, is the main reason why I moved. I literally went into debt to leave this place. The people over her won't do a thing to her, so there is no point of reporting her. Nothing will change. She is a real capital B big ITCH. It is my recommendation that no one should live here. In my opinion, the company needs to restaff, have better background checks and evaluate and monitor the morals of management over the complex. Because I don't see this company lasting much longer the way things are. NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!!!

This is supposed to be Corporate Office, but it's really a joke. As soon as I called, the lady immediately got an attitude. The back door to the mailboxes have been opened for about a month here at Peachtree II Apartments in Ruston, and Debra doesn't do anything about it. Like, the mailbox is literally right across from her office. IT'S A FEDERAL OFFENSE FOR PEOPLE'S MAIL TO BE TAMPERED WITH!!! A piece of my mail from the bank was completely ripped opened, and I am pissed about it. The mailboxes are on YOUR PROPERTY, so FIX IT! I guess since it's majority black that lives here, she doesn't care or that it's not her issue.

I Give Carmel Square Apts in Mansfield, LA A Highly 0 it’s filthy and the apartment manager do not do anything about nor the peoples that’s above her I highly do not recommend! Have pit bulls staying in complex when it simply states no pets allowed on lease & growing a whole garden, have four wheelers, & trash everywhere! I highly do hot recommend very nasty! And the manager Seyarda Blufkin (Tree) does nothing about it! And every night I come home without a parking spot because everyone have 2 or 3 cars including their company and some even w/o license plates! It’s a complete mess down here & nothing done about it!

First and foremost, please ignore the two reviews above this one! I have lived at Milbrooke Apartments for five years now. And there has been three managers during this time period. And so for Ms. Lisa Read Williams has been the most helpful, honest and considerate thus for. Their are several tenants that have disabilities that live here. I've never known her look down on or speak ill of them in any way. I mean really think about it... if she was such a terrible manager why would so many tenants still be here and surely there would be a lot more negative complaints than these two. Ms. Williams is always at the office or on the grounds doing something. She has never not been here doing the hours she has been assigned to work. If she isn't here it definitely is for a good reason and she does make sure that we (the tenants) are aware that she will not be at work that day. And as for Cheryl Dixon, I've never know her to be a liar either. Lets keep in mind that it's easy to tell a "LIE" than it is to tell the "TRUTH"! It is utterly ridiculous the way people act towards others when they can't have things their way...this isn't Burger King....it's real life! But as they say, "misery loves company".

These people just don't care. They are responsible for maintenance at the Village Apartments where the entire north end of the complex has been without security lights for over a month. We remain in the dark while vandals have free run to tag our sign. This is an apartment complex of senior citizens and disabled tenants that apparently don't deserve to have four security lights re-lamped.

DO NOT DO THIS TO YOURSELF!!!!! THEY OR CLOSE TO SCAMMERS!!!!
This company is nothing nice. Everyone I've come across was very rude and DO NOT seen to want to help you in anyway. I'm a single parent mother not on housing or nor do I receive any assists, which means I'm working hard to pay my bills and take care of my child on my own. I made the bad choice of moving into an apartment complex they have and its the biggest mistake of my life!!! wish I can go back in time. There is so much more I could go into details but ill keep it short.
