Great service. I got a text about my bill and managed to access my account on their portal to view my statement. They even let me request a payment plan. I recommend you submit your questions on their contact us form if you don't want to wait over the phone.

Had a great experience during my wife’s ultrasound! Everything went extremely smoothly. I don’t know why there are so many comments on the billing. You receive a text on your mobile phone, you can check it on the portal, ask questions, etc. If you don’t have the ability to receive text messages you might want to ask the staff about paper billing, i’m sure they’d be more than willing to help accommodate your situation. Thanks to the fantastic staff!

Extremely convenient location to my home in Frisco. The staff and technician were very friendly and their offices are well kept. Not that I want another appointment anytime soon but I’ll keep Texas Radiology on my list of trusted facilities when I need any future imaging done! Great doctors, staff. Happy that I will never have to deal with their rotten billing company run by robots and could never talk to a human. Turned over to collections due to their not sending bill to right insurance company - I gave my insurance card, and hospital got it right.
Have been dealing with it since 01/19, but finally connected with the staff at TRA who were able to address, and take care of. Too bad doctors will not get paid since it has been so long. You should have changed billing company earlier and maybe you would not have so many complaints. Giving 4 stars only because of the help I received from your staff.
To others who read this post, their email address was very responsive and they called me right away to make sure my concern was addressed satisfactorily.

Texas radiology associates is THE go to place!! Customer service was AMAZING! And my bill pay is as modern as it gets. I received a text on my phone.. then paid it online. SOOOO incredibly simple. I HIGHLY recommend!!!

They’re like family. Not a far drive at all and everyone is so nice. Nothing but good things to say and this company doesn’t mess with your bills like all the others do. You can track everything on their portal on line and even pay from there.

After speaking with an amazing young woman in billing they were able to resolve everything that has previously gone wrong. Medical billing is a rough job so just make sure you communicate all details with them. It may take a few weeks but once they know something went awry they are quick to resolve.
