No-Frills small park located right off I-10 near the center of town. As soon as you figure out how to get to it due to construction, it's actually very easy and convenient to get to. Staff and long term residents are all very friendly and helpful. Laundry room and Bathrooms were spotless, showers nice and hot. There's a pool in the summer (not open yet so I can't comment on that as I don't know.) Very reasonably priced park. Located directly next to bike path for easy access to trails. If you don't mind the highway noise or the train (didn't bother me but I imagine it may bother some) I'd suggest giving them a try!

I see why this place is popular!!! Most importantly the owners are the definition of southern hospitality. We called ahead and got greeted by name at the door and escorted to our spot. This place is CLEAN. The plants and decorations were top notch. There were a lot of snow birds that decorated their space more than anywhere I've ever seen. It was so refreshing. The pool is open - no worries about it being crowded its not. The water is ice cold but it was 100 degrees outside and it was just what we needed. The laundry facility had new looking washers and dryers - better than what most of us have at home. Sometimes a draft of curiously smelling stuff blows through but it's not gut wrenching or anything. You can see the stars at night even with the nearby light pollution. If you need a short stay or a long stay this is the spot!!

Very friendly staff. We arrived on a Sunday and were warmly greeted by Devan at the front desk. Trevor helped us pull into our site. They answered all our questions about the park and gem show. Facilities were sparking clean and grounds were well maintained. Card-reader laundry was a plus. We would recommend to friends.

I have been here for 6 month so far. I feel so safe. The park is so well taken care of and management is so nice. Pool is very clean and the laundry room is so clean and the washers and dryers work. They also have a clothes line you can use. The rec room and the bathrooms are also clean and well taken care of. I highly recommend this park if traveling in tucson.

We spent 30 days here this winter. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Sites are big enough. All gravel. The neighborhood is industrial. Very reasonable rates.. Easy access to freeway and Tuscon tourism sites. It made a good home base. Right next to the bike trails on the river. Tuscon is not a pretty city but has lots to see and do.

Really amazing park my wife and I stayed for a tad under 2 months. Very quite park with amazing staff, pool, & plenty of garbage space. Some spots are tad tight but we still fit our 39ft rig in perfectly while having even bigger sites available. The location is prime for seeing Tucson and the pricing is very very competitive. I would highly recommend this RV park for anyone looking for and overnight stay or a long term stay. Keeping doing what you are doing!

We arrived here in October of 2016 with the intention of staying through Christmas. Life being what it is - our plans changed and we decided to stay in Tucson until we buy a house. There was never any question in our mind where we would stay until then - here! ||||We both work from home so we're here pretty much every day, all day. The park is quiet and peaceful. The management is on top of everything, super friendly, and available if a problem does arrive. We have had zero issues being here for the past 6 1/2 months.||||Our space is large and allows for outdoor plants as well as a nice concrete patio area to sit outside and enjoy the warm nights and breezes. Water pressure is excellent. Power is steady and has only blipped when it's our fault - running the AC and 1 too many appliances... ;)||||The location is excellent. 2 minutes to get on the freeway. You're on the outside of town so the desert is your back or front yard view. There are walking trails around if you're active. Everyone here is friendly and the price is affordable.||||2 thumbs way up!

Very nice and well maintained RV park near downtown Tucson. Nice and helpfull staff.
Good value for money. Only minus is from April 1st you pay a ridiculous $8 per day for electric even if you do not use a lot of power. Why not pay by metered use

A couple off days ago in Yuma we paid $32 extra for electric for our 3 weeks stay.
