It’s really all in the name. Xtra care. About a year ago, our garage broke on a Friday night and was stuck open. We were leaving town and needed a quick fix, as we couldn’t leave our garage unattended all weekend. Aviran arrived quickly to address the problem, and it was a big problem. Our whole motor needed to be replaced. Extra care took care of it, fully explaining the cost, what was necessary and handling the install. Since then, he’s been available for any question big or small. But really the best part is how pleasant he is through it all. Truly one of the helpful, polite and positive people I’ve come across. I’d recommend Xtra Care 1,000 times over. Best in the City.

Honestly this guy is the best. I just finished 18 months of nightmare house renovation and my garage door openers were a mess and one was broken. I was not able to lock the house. Aviran was a breath of fresh air...identified the problem, fixed it, replaced needed parts (choosing the right part/price) and went above and beyond by conditioning all the garage openers-- the entire system is upgraded. His pricing was fair and reasonable. The plus is that Aviran is a good kind human being and a pleasure to work with. I wish more tradesmen were like Aviran!

Incredible experience with Aviran. One of the garage doors was not responding to the keypad. Was able to get a same-day appointment, and he was very punctual. Diagnosed the issue and also noticed some other wear and tear with the garage that would've been a bigger problem later on. Fixed everything, and finished up by blowing out all the cobwebs and putting oil on all the joints in the garage doors (both of them!), so they are almost totally silent now. Went above and beyond, and was reasonably priced!

We've used Aviran to fix problems with our garage door and gate many times throughout the years. He's always quick to respond, walks me through the problem when he fixes it, and shows me how to prevent it again in the future. He's also very fair and straightforward with his prices. We even called him recently with an issue with our garage. It turns out the problem was as simple as pressing a button- silly us. However, instead of charging us like most would do for the time it took to get there, he let us go with no charge. He's the type of guy that once you start using him, he'll be your go-to man for all gate and garage issues in the future. Thanks Aviran!
