Ordered via Tractor Supply who uses Conway. First order, Conway sent it to a completely different state, result, package was lost after patiently waiting almost 10 days. Second shipment, patiently waited another 7 days, Conway abused and destroyed the product beyond use. After almost 30 days of waiting for our order we received it absolutely destroyed. The driver/carrier (Conway) clearly showed zero respect for our order, abused the order to the point parts were mangled, missing, and damaged. I've never personally received something as abused as we did from Conway in my life and thats with years of experience working professionally with LTL freight drivers at my business. Tractor Supply should use a different carrier given this order had a value of over $1,500 but that's not our fight. If you ever hear of a package being shipped via Conway think again. I can't describe how bad these guys are. Take a look at the photos. This is what we received after patiently waiting for almost a month. Notice, boxes all say Fragile on them too. Zero respect from this carrier.
