I would also love to give zero stars like many others here and wish would have read google reviews before ordering. My husband ordered a lift kit in August of 2023 and was told the lead time would be 10 weeks. Fast forward to June of 2024 and Steve Kramer and his employees have continued to give us the run around with nothing but excuses of why the order is delayed.

After reading google reviews we canceled our order and have been trying to get Steve to refund us our money. Again, we have been met with nothing but excuses. We attempted to file a chargeback with our credit card company. We did not have email correspondence with them and all communication has been over the phone so we were unable to go this route. Now we are out $7k.

We’re now into August of 2024 and we will be pursuing legal action to get our money back. Do not do business with Steve Kramer or any of his other companies. Google his name and you can read all about the litigations with the state of California. He is a thief and a con artist. Unbelievable.

This guy is a con he took $4500.00 from me a year ago and won't refund my money. He comes up with a different excuse every time I talked to him. I'm working with authorities to take care of this matter . Steve kramer is a con and before its over there will be a day in court for me to be refunded

I called full traction because that’s the lift I have on my truck one of the links broke and I called to see if I could get a replacement. I sent pics and when I would call the guy in sales was very rude. And so was the receptionist. The guy asked me to send a pic. I did, he then told me that they don’t make the part anymore. I asked him if he had any parts that would fit it. He was rude and said no. Tool look in Amazon or to ask some one to fabricate the piece. I asked if there was any way I could switch parts out on my suspension to fit it. Once again he told me to look it up on Amazon or to mickie mouse it. I asked if people are still lifting 2005 silverados he said yes. But he never gave me options. Horrible customer service on

Would like to give zero stars. Order Parts nearly 5 weeks ago. After paying for expedited shipping, 5 days later the order wasn't shipped. I called and they replied " we will check and get back" Didnt get back to me, I followed up again 14 days to the same. Called back today after 28 days and Randy is "at lunch" and the office lady, "doesnt do anything with orders, Just answers calls" Guess its time to call card for refund and a wasted 4 weeks of having my control arms off the jeep with bushings pulled out.

Heed all of the warnings here... they are accurate to my experience. If you don't want to end up loosing money or in court go to any other company, it is absolutely not worth the hassle dealing with these guys.

Been waiting 12-months and counting for my paid-in-full order of $7,300 which was promised to me in 2-months. Hundreds of calls to Steve and Randell all met with excuses and lies, missed deadlines after missed deadlines. I have had to spend thousands of dollars of my own money to piece together all of the missing parts from order, my truck has been off the road for months.

Very happy with coil over swap on my 2002 7.3. Rides so much better. Wish I had done it earlier. Steve and everyone at FT is top notch. Always there to answer my questions. Steve did follow up after I got home. Now over 800 miles on my truck and still amazed at how well it drives. Thanks Steve and Randy for all the info and willing to take my truck in. Good people.

Awful customer service, wish I would've went with a different kit for my XJ. Order took forever with barely any information from the company. When you inquire about your order, you get hot head Steve on the phone.

Order placed through their dealer on 3/28/23 with an estimated ship date of 5/27/23 stated on invoice. 50% deposit paid at time of order.

Contacted dealer on 6/5/23 for update and was told Full Traction would do an inventory on my order and figure out what was missing still. Followed up again on 6/7/23 and was told order was 3 weeks behind and would ship out last week of the month and would get an update on 6/26/23.

I requested an update on 6/26/23 and dealer said they were having Full Traction ship everything except the shocks. I requested an update on 7/3/23 and was told “shipping out Friday.” Paid remainder of balance minus shocks 7/7/23 with expectation of shipping.

I requested tracking on 7/17/23 and was given a tracking number that didn’t work and a story about the shipment being picked up a week ago but not scanned in. Called Full Traction and was told by Randy that nothing shipped out 7/7/23 and that it might’ve not shipped out until the end of the following week. No ETA on shocks.

7/18/23 I notified dealer I had lost confidence and wished to cancel the order. I expressed concern to both the dealer and full traction that even if they shipped components, nothing was usable without shocks. The dealer asked that I allowed them more time to get a solution from full traction I was promised a call with definitive timeline for shocks and/or a definitive backup solution. 7/19/23 talked with Steve and was told he’d call me back the following day with a definitive timeline and solution. Dealer followed up with Steve Friday, and Monday each time telling me I’d be getting a call that day. No calls.

I finally filed a chargeback this morning 7/25/23. Steve calls me the same morning to give me a piece of his mind. He said that I was like all of the other customers leaving bad google reviews. He called me a selfish coward…lol. So, here I am laying out the experience I’ve gone through trying to purchase a product from his company. I guess paying for a product and expecting to get it reasonably within the time specified makes me a selfish coward.

Just save yourself the headache and buy from people that actually take care of their customers. Oh wait, if you buy through their dealer, they don’t consider you their customer per Steve and Randy.

Read reviews for Calmini Products and Hanson Offroad. Notice the address. Also, notice how there seems to be a “Steve” that likes to berate his customers at more than one of these businesses.
