Can’t remember the last time I had a company with as many people reach out to me and help me With a mini split air handler motor. Especially Jessica, who is new to the warranty department went well beyond any of my expectations helping resolve a warranty issue hasslefree and is easily as can be. I would highly recommend them and will be a customer for life.

Terrible service, two different individuals hung up on me and refused to help with finding main board for unit. They called me all types of names all because i asked for Part number to find a replacement since they didn't have one in stock manager said to me product part list are for companies not home owners. Do not spend your money here or you will run into the same frustration and disrespect. Professional HVAC businesses value their customers Air Con International does not they could care less that their are children in the home when the inside temp is in the high 80's. Avoid this company at all cost!! Do not buy anything from them!

Air-CON is a fitting name. If your installer suggests using this company, run. We installed their ductless system in December 2021. The system broke down over the following summer leaving my family with no AC for months. In winter 2022 the system failed and left my family in the cold, again for months. Now, it's down again. We registered our system's warranty and have had multiple parts replaced AFTER the 90-day manufacturer warranty expired. Air-CON claims they cannot locate our warranty now and will not stand behind their inferior product. If I could give less than one star I would. Terrible customer service and thousands of our dollars have been wasted on this scam company.

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. No way of knowing where to put the hole through the exterior wall. Support person, John, was irritated I even called. There was no location described in the Installation Manual I received for the unit I purchased, which was the Blue Series 3, although there were illustrations and charts for other units. John told me to just put the hole where I thought it should be. What the heck does that mean I'm punching a hole through my exterior wall and put in anywhere and hope it works? For the other models the dimensions are within 1/2 inch so it appears that it's critical.

Air Con International is interested in getting your money only. I could not be more disappointed or disgusted. I still have no idea where to put the hole.

I have purchased quite a few units from them and haven’t had a problem but the one time there was an issue they did not stand behind their units, I wasted two days dealing with their customer service and tech-support only to end up having to purchase a new unit and to replace the one that failed at start up. They expected me to disassemble both units and replace part for a part when I try to explain to them what was wrong they gave me the wrong parts, after replacing the wrong parts and still not working I just had to buy a new head unit to please the customer and to cut my losses with the time spent screwing around with their faulty equipment.They lost a good customer for a 170$ head unit and I will never purchase from them again, They will not be in business too much longer for you can only screw the customer once Before they lose them.

Stay far away from them. I bought a system, it quit working within a year, it came with a warranty, they didn’t honor it, I had to pay for the replacement part, which didn’t work, no one will return my emails or calls, I’m out a lot of money with a hunk of junk hanging in my wall!! DO NOT buy, spend the extra money and get a company who will back their item, is reputable and has good customer service. Absolute worst purchase ever!

Bought ductless unit in January of 2023 not even a year old and they will not help with the unit. They said the part is under warranty only but then we have to pay for a technician to come out to figure out the part so we did and it’s the motor they sold us a defective unit the warranty is useless and it’s been less than one year do not recommend this company beware.
