Fui a la tienda para que repararan mis lentes porque de un lado se le cae el tornillo que lo sujeta y el manager y los empleado de tienda dicen que los lentes no tienen garantía, esos lentes los compre hace dos meses ahora me toca llevarlo a reparar a otro lado porque ellos no responden por los defectos de fábrica de los lentes de sol

We stopped by the Northpark locating, Morgan not only greeted us but took us on a journey of all things Coach. We walked in to see a bag for Christmas in a few months, but Morgan also showed me the cutest bag which I may gift myself. Also, Morgan showed us jewelry and we tried a couple of bracelets. Overall it was a great experience and we will be back!!!!

Perfect shopping experience. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. We got our bag tag monogrammed and shopped around. Will definitely shop here again!! Sophie was a rock star at helping us!!

My friend and I went to look around and see if we were interested in buying a bag. We were approached by an employee who had a condescending tone as we furthered in conversation. She immediately assumed we were high schoolers skipping class when we are both college students in our third year. Regardless of school status or age, it does not define our capabilities of purchasing a bag. We can understand customer service is important, but the employee wouldn’t even let us roam freely while other customers didn’t have someone shadowing them. This behavior felt targeted and unfortunately made us uncomfortable enough to make us not want to come back.

I went to this mall randomly as I usually go to another. I was looking for the cherry charm specifically, thankfully I was able to get the last ones. HOWEVER when checking out one of the assistants took the cherrys I was buying and put them on another customers bag I was very confused as I was in the process of checking out with another assistant. The assistant I was checking with and the other assistant then started to argue under their breath about said cherry’s and taking them. I am not sure why you would take a customers merchandise while they are checking out to show another customer knowing they are the last ones you have There was a very fake nice vibe about everyone there. Not a very great experience.

Sophie from the NorthPark location was truly so amazing. I was waiting on handbag to arrive that I ordered from Coach online. Well it was looking like UPS might have lost it. I was so upset because it was for a special gift for a loved one oversees. Sophia verified they did have the bag in store - in case as a backup plan. I just really appreciated her kindness and understanding. Thank you!!!

Thank you Victoria, for being so kind an patient and helping me with my selections today! I came into this store with no clue of what I was going to buy and Victoria helped me the whole way through and topped it off with a bow and personalized tag! Her level of customer service is unique and unmatched! I will return to this store soon!
