We recently had some sessions with Denise for our 4 year old son. We had some concerns about our different parenting styles and how we handled challenging situations differently (and were perhaps confusing our son). We also wanted to discuss how we approached matters like diversity, race, gender with him to make sure we were on same page and giving him the right messages so he grows up to be reespecful and open to all kinds of people and situations. Denise was super helpful in listening to us and giving us useful and practical tips. Totally recommend her services.

I have just finished my 12 session package with Denise and it has been such a rewarding process for me and family. She helped me move from a position of 'not enough' to 'good enough' - which in turn allowed for creativity and joy to find its way in again to our day to day routine and family time. She has offered me so much support and empathy and was able to illuminate areas of need that I felt too busy and overwhelmed to notice myself. Working with Denise was truly a revelatory experience for our family! We are a Spanish (dad) American (mom) living in Spain with four kids ages 9, 8, 3, and 2. My husband and I went to the sessions together once a week and it was fantastic to have that weekly space to learn new tools and have someone to help process different things that happened during the week. During the first session we decided on and named our family values and by the end of the second session we had a family motto to add to that. Those three major family values that we hold most important are a beacon for us as parents guiding our actions. Denise sent us a beautiful background that I set on my computer so I am reminded daily of our three personal family values.

Our home is seeing more calm, more collaboration and better flow. We are more aware of our whys and how to best relate to our children. Thank you Denise for your guidance and help understanding ourselves so we can best enjoy our daily family life!

The level of coaching I experienced with Denise was to a very high standard. More specifically everything she discusses with you is said without judgement and very thoughtfully worded. She has encouraged me to be mindful of my relationship with my partner by delving into and trying to solve any issues I might be having bit by bit which makes any problems I might be having less overwhelming and more manageable to deal with. She has also been a really good figure of support and helped me to be confident in the knowledge that I can take control of and change elements of my life if I want to.
