Looking for a therapist can be a very daunting task. I speak from personal experience, and have watched loved ones go through the same. It’s hard being vulnerable with someone you’ve never met. But I am here to say, look no further! I’ve been a patient of Mrs. Carters for over five years now and can confidently say she is exceptional at what she does. She has helped me change my life, and has done so with a compassionate, non-judgmental approach. Above all, she is deeply patient. I feel safe opening up to her and leave our sessions feeling like a more knowledgeable & hopeful person… every single time, without fail! I personally have anxiety & BPD/bipolar, and she’s done great at helping me manage all of them in different ways. Something she puts a lot of emphasis on is self-love during the growth process. That’s made my journey a lot easier.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Definitely set up a session with her!!!!!

Mrs. Cynthia R. Carter had been my therapist since I was 15. She has been very supportive even when I was stubborn. She never forced me to talk about anything I’m uncomfortable with. She tries to get to know you and she shows that’s she cares. If your looking for a therapist who is open minded and will make you feel listened to I would recommend going to her.

Cynthia is great! She’s professional and dedicated. She was helpful with my divorce, family, everyday life, and my growing pains. She has a way of getting you to think out of the box and to see the other side without being pushy or judgmental. She’s truly a gift from God and good at what she does. It’s not too many people I recommend, but she’s always one that gets recommended.

Ms. Cynthia is a wonderful and knowledgeable counselor. She has a way to make you feel comfortable to get you to open up, by doing so the session goes in a more productive way. Super professional expert insight. Did not think counseling would help and thought it would be too uncomfortable. In a much better place sense I started. Very thankful for Ms. Carter's expert patient uplifting counsel.
