Cheryl is a remarkable Counselor! She has helped me and my family through some of our hardest days and we have learned so much from her. We are forever grateful!
I see several reviews about having to wait upon arrival, this is true and it is done purposely which Cheryl informs you of. The appointments purposely overlap by 10-15 mins to allow people to arrive on time and that you are ready to go when it’s your time slot. There isn’t a receptionist, and this ensures the schedule runs smoothly. You still have your full allotted time with her. She is very professional, welcoming and an amazing listener. I highly recommend Cheryl!

The absolute BEST Licensed Mental Health Counselor! Very calming and patient. Experienced & knowledgeable! Has been a guest lecturer at UCF School of Nursing. I would highly recommend her for children, teens, or adults. I have seen her as a teenager, a young adult, and at middle age. She is excellent with people who have experienced trauma, complex-PTSD, depression, severe anxiety, and more!
Hypnotherapy available.
Last I knew, (pre-pandemic), she only did in-office counseling. The only setback is that she takes a very limited range of insurance, and NO forms of medicaid. Cash pay is quite costly; but, worth it IF you have the funds available.

Unprofessional beyond belief. Make sure you document everything with her. Spent years going to her and after moving away, I asked to have my medical records she admitted to informally taking "running notes". Zero receipts for cash payments either. Some payments would be different prices than others. Wouldn't be surprised if there is some sort of unethical and illegal practices. I've had to seek out legal counsel to get documents that I legally have the right to. Please beware before booking an appointment or continuing services.

Awful. Zero courtesy. No one there to greet you. Came early to fill out paperwork that wasn’t there. Waited for 20 minutes after the appointment time and left. Will be disputing the charge with our HRA account.

How disappointing.
