During the last couple of months Mira has helped my understand the underlying reasons for my negative patterns and I realized that I myself am totally responsible for my own emotions. With her respectful, gentle and incredibly intuitive guidance we were able to peel off layer after layer of trapped emotions and rigid belief systems very rapidly. Have have been working with Mira on my childhood trauma, emotional, and disembodiment work for a couple of months now after being recommended craniosacral by my therapist. Each session allows my body to release more trauma, and I leave feeling more embodied and connected to myself. Mira is very intuitive. after treatment with Mira I felt only about 7% out of the 100% of the pain I was feeling. wonderful session that really helped me shake through a moment of serious concern as to what seemed to be out of the blue coccyx injury. Mira helped me to reconnect to myself and put me on my path to healing in less than a day and a half. finally, it doesn't hurt to sit on my bottom!
