I felt at ease when I walk in the Mind health building. I was welcomed by my therapist .She was pleasant and understanding. She really seemed to be interested in me. We came up with a plan to help me through my hard time . I will meet next month to discuss my progress.

Dr Rempher is a very nice guy. He's funny. ? My visits are thru telehealth and I've had issues connecting to zoom he is so patient while I'm on the other end thinking the world's gonna end LOL. The ladies in the office are so kind and eager to help. I feel very comfortable with this team. I'll have to do an in office visit one day so we can meet. Thank you everyone. Keep up the good work. Have had a lot going on in life these past two years and finally reached a point where I knew I need help. After researching the few clinics and therapists in the area I settled on Mindpath. They take our insurance and had several therapists listed to work with, all with strengths in various areas it seems.

The initial stages leading up to the first visit were a bit confusing. I received multiple texts which seemed to have straightforward instruction: complete this new patient paperwork, add a card to file, confirm appointment, etc.

After having done all that I still received emails the day before saying the tasks had not been completed and the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Due to some technical difficulties my session started about 5 minutes later and unfortunately we had to use some of the time to go back over the pre-assessment questionnaire I had done following on the aforementioned texts.

As this was the first session and was really only meant to be essentially a meet-and-greet I didn’t mind being a bit rushed and tried to be understanding. The therapist was apologetic and at no time made me feel that I was the cause of delay. She listened to what I had to say and why I was at a point now in my life that I had to admit I could not go on without some measure of help. By the end of the assessment she was able to give me certain scores and measures to diagnose my anxiety and depression and suggested some resources to look over before the next meeting she felt could help get this whole recovery thing moving in the right direction. I left the session feeling cautiously optimistic and am looking forward to the next one.

Truly easy to talk to, and explains everything in a way that is ready to understand and makes sense. I'm extremely glad that I chose this facility.
