I've been working with Núria for quite a while now to improve upon various aspects of my lifestyle, and I can say with confidence that she's an excellent coach/counselor. We've covered a wide variety of topics over time and she has this outstanding quality of providing balance in your perspective, while also motivating you to find the right path for yourself and move forward.

While her approach may feel slow, especially in today's environment where results are expected within hours if not minutes, Núria understands that the fundamentals matter the most and that building a solid foundation takes time. In order to benefit the most from her expertise, I'd advise you to be open minded, be honest, and listen attentively to what she has to say. Often times, I'd not feel radically different right after our conversation, however it for sure will take constructive shape over the next days and weeks.

I've been able to improve quite significantly upon a number of areas with her guidance and support, which I've been meaning to & trying for many years with little success so far. Based on my experience & observations, I'd highly recommend her.
