The whole experience at this office will be pleasant and welcoming. You'll be made to feel at ease. The staff will always do their best to explain what coverage if any you may have to be seen at their office. This practice is excellent about honoring their appointments. On the VERY RARE occasion there is a delay it's of no more than 10 minutes but your session will be without shortcuts and with Dr. Nunez's undivided attention. If you want psychological therapy, appropriate coping skills, life coaching and/or a voice of reason to help you sort out your thoughts, you're definitely going to benefit from visiting this practice. Dr. Nunez is full of knowledge, very well-prepared yet humble, not judgmental and NEVER condescending. It has been and will continue to be one of the greatest blessings of my life to have crossed paths with this practice. He does it all with a lot of compassion, wisdom, intelligence and a lot of energy. You will NOT regret visiting this practice.

This place and the amazing, compassionate staff have helped me through my darkest times. Dr. Joel Núñez has become a vital figure in my life, always participating thoroughly in our talks. He never failed to remember even the smallest detail I shared with him. Going into this, I resented therapists who sat there and made me feel like I was simply another case, but here at PROV 205, you truly matter. The front desk receptionists are always so welcoming as well. The experience at PROV 205 is great from the second you step through the front door until the moment your appointment is over.

In our marriage path we got into a traffic jam, we we recommend to Dr. Nuñez by a close friend so we contacted him. He was able to sit with us and help us find a way out of the jam and move forward. When our world collapses and we live in pain, identifying despair and sadness as our primary emotions we unconsciously slip onto a path of self-destructive behavior. Fortunately, there are people like Dr. Nunez who validate those feelings and understand that they are indeed real!
Dr. Nunez displays sincere empathy & compassion while engaging in conversation. He responds by gently pointing out that we always have choices. Gradually, Dr. Nunez takes us on a journey, sharing his own personal experiences (which builds trust) allowing us to actively seek "blessings" in an otherwise unbearable environment.

It was a horrible experience. The receptionist is extremely rude. They are unprofessional and screwed up appointments and The Dr. came in late and socialized with his family while I waited for him. He charged me 180.00 per visit as he fell asleep as I told him my issues. Shamefull!!!!!Not be Back!!!!
