So happy that Relax and wax business is expanding I use to go to the Austin location just because their service is amazing but now they have one in round rock! I always leave feeling satisfied that I received good service and at a GOOD PRICE! The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable! If you are looking for a clean, friendly, and safe space for all of your waxing needs look no further. Relax and wax has been a saving grace since I stumbled upon them !!! Jetara is my goto girl she does my waxes and she is truly amazing. She’s a perfectionist so you won’t go home with random hairs unless you want them there of course but Jetara makes me feel so comfortable and she makes me laugh the whole time so it goes by super fast!! 10/10 recommend Jetara for your wax.

I had a previous horrible experience with waxing at another waxing company and was scared to go again. I decided to try the Round Rock Relax & Wax location. Carol was incredibly kind and professional. She also provided great tips for me, since I'm new to waxing. I was extremely surprised and relieved by how painless my Brazilian sugar wax was. I have really coarse hair so its usually a painful fight to remove it all, but this time was pretty easy on me. No giant welps, stubble, or bleeding! My esthetician was Aeris and she did an awesome job; definitely coming back again!

Jetara is super friendly and always does a great job. She is professional and consistently made me at ease. There’s a catch of MANDATORY MINIMUM 20% tip which brings the price significantly up and I was a bit uncomfortable being asked upfront about it

So I have been coming to relax and wax for a couple of years now for my waxing needs . I just reverently had the pleasure of trying out the round rock location. It’s very nice and clean. Employee are always nice and helpful with any question or concerns. I definitely recommend Jetara And Aeris to do your wax. They are amazing and do a very good job at making sure all of your hair is gone.
