DO NOT BOOK WITH DEAIRA M. SHES VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DOESNT SHOW UP TO APPOINTMENTS NO CALL OR TEXT!!! Never received my deposit back been texting and calling no response. This is her second time doing this. I had to get a squeeze in an appointment by Moochie which she did amazing I highly recommend her. Do not book with deaira she has high potential but doesn’t care about professionalism.

I had the pleasure of visiting these select suites with my mom for her nail appointment so i waited a few hours for her to be done. They have a very spacious waiting area with WiFi available and the man at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. The bathrooms were also super clean and the building is very safe and secure.

Wheew!!! I'm going to work really hard to keep this short, but my GOD the experience I had at suite #80 "Keisha Got Them Hands" was just awful and cringe worthy. Appointment was at 3pm (I arrived 20 mins early as she requested), she finished at 10:45pm so that means I was literally there for 8 hours!!! When I arrived there were 2 ladies with sitting in the couch with their hair partially done waiting to be finished, 1 lady in the chair getting final touches on her hair (red flag)...2 ladies came in well after me and appeared to be walk-ins I'm not sure. While waiting I noticed that the trash can at the front door was so full of trash the garbage was actually falling on the floor (red flag), I figured since it was the end of the day she may have gotten super busy. But 3 hours later, yes I said 3 hours later(red flag)...when she sat me in her chair, she swept around her chair and left the pile of trash in the MIDDLE of the floor (red flag). Let me back up a bit, while waiting for her to start my hair, I noticed she had over the shelf shampoo, by the shampoo bowl, I figured the good stuff may have been in the cabinet above the shampoo bowl, and hey she's the stylist so she knows what she's doing, right? But, listen that shampoo station was filthy (red flag). Anyhow, she shampoos me and it was great (she's a bit heavy handed and you may end up with a concussion it you don't have thick hair, I like a good shampoo though). She kept saying, "ohhh, girl your hair is long and thick, it didn't look like it was when you came in" (ref flag). She sits me under the heated dryer for what was supposed to be a hydration (it was not a hydration at all) but maybe she forgot, I mean she literally forget that I'd paid for a shampoo (red flag). When she finally got around to blow drying my hair she was pulling my hair with the blow drying and I asked her if things were good, she said, "I'm working it out, this hair thick girl" (red flag). When she finally finished the blow dry, I hear a my hair being cut (red flag) and I said, "hold on why are you cutting my hair?", she was like "didn't you want a cut?", I was like, "no ma'am, I didn't, only a dust of my ends". Of course at this point the damage was done so I think...she the starts to do the separation of the the that was going to left out for the installation of the quick weave and I requested that she leave my edges out as well. She stated the the style would weird if she left out some of my edges (red flag) and that my edges would not be damaged. LISTEN!!!! The style was cute in the end but let me tell you, I took it out a couple of days after because there was glue on my hair, the cap wasn't cut properly and it was piercing the back of my ear, my edges were pulled so tight that my hair came out, I have hair bumps in the back from the tension, when I took the quick weave out I'd discovered that she'd cup several inches off of my hair and the leave out portion was even shorter. But wait, while she was doing my hair, she stopped to entertain a guy who was selling laundry detergent, body lotion, knock-off jumpsuits, seneted candles, and candy out of an oversized plastic bin. ? While I had the patience of the most holy persons in the Bible, I was just over it. Not to mention she would take videos of everyone after the were done. I get the branding part, but when you are behind and taking walk-ins you should focus in your customers, be respectful of their time, clean the salon, ensure the work space is clean before starting the next client and read the room. This was my first and last time patronizing her place and I don't care that the salon names is Keisha got them hands, she doesn't, in my opinion and lacks business acumen, professionalism, and industry skills. If she had a top tier stylist to guide her she would be awesome. Lovely lady, but needs help in some areas. I see talent in her but I also see stagnation. Would not recommend anyone at this point.
