I was told they do telehealth sessions. I did one phone session with my therapist Sara Sanchez. I thought it went really well. She is different from every therapist ive seen, in a good way. I was actually feeling hopeful...and then all of a sudden I get an email from her saying they no longer do telehealth sessions. only in person. So I give one star because of the abrupt change. It doesn't seem right. Very odd...

Dan Marcone has provided counseling services to me throughout different seasons of my life for over a decade now. He has counseled me through an eating disorder, managing anxiety, relationship changes, career changes, as well as becoming a wife and a mother. My counselor is DeeDee and let me tell you she is amazing. She has really changed my life and been through with me through some very difficult times. She has made me feel comfortable from the moment we met and I feel like I can tell her anything without being judged. I am not a patient, but one of my dearest friends is. I have tried to help my friend along her mental health journey, and found it to be incredibly difficult to find therapy options that are both effective and handled with an actual level of care/concern.

Seasons has gone ABOVE and beyond to literally accommodate my friend in any and every way possible, and I mean that. Lisa is an incredible therapist, and the office staff is equally as gentle and understanding.

As a friend of a loved one who watched the tough journey of mental health from the outside - I highly recommend Seasons. It might even be the factor that saved/saves my friend's life.
