WORST PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION IN THIS COUNTRY!!! Bus drivers are rude ,not helpful,don't care about customer service. Who ever engineered this whole system SCREWED UP BIG TIME! ON SATURDAY AUGUST 26 2023 UPON ARRIVING AT THE RONSTADT ON THE NUMBER 10.I was helping and talking a eldery,handicapped passenger off the bus and was told to hurry up we were costing him time...after I said chill out and gave a look of disapproval we made it off.....as I'm walking to the next bus the same bus I just excited comes past me and the BUS DRIVER FLIPS ME OFF,GIVING ME THR FINGER ...SO I WALK RIGHT UP AND ASK WHAT'S THE PROBLEM....HE THEN WANTED TO PULL HIS PHONE OUT AND CALL THE POLICE. VERYRUDE,BRASH, UNAPPROACHABLE PERSONALITY OR DEMEANOR. IF YOU CAN'T HANDLE YOUR JOB. GO WORK SOMEWHERE YOU DON'T INTERACT WITH PEOPLE. SUNTRAN YOU GOT A WHOLE LOT OF WORK TO DO TO GET YOURSELF RIGHT AGAIN. .TUCSON IS TIRED OF YOU GUYS DOING WHAT WHATEVER YOU PLEASE WITH NO CONSEQUENCES. THANKS FOR NOTHING SUNTRAN

The bus driver for bus #3416, on Tuesday April 26th at 3:27pm has stopped at 2 bus stops since I got on the bus and he sat at each busstoo for 5 minutes. I got up and got off the bus to because I can never trust someone to drive a bus/vehicle while I'm in it if they are wasteful like burning up fossil fuels and polluting the world with carbon just because you want to text, eat. Asnacl and then throw the trash out the window. It's very disrespectful to Arizona but also everyone who lives in this great city

I am new to Arizona, I just recently moved here from Minnesota. I was on the bus for my first time last week and was curious about day passes, apparently the ticket machine was down at the transit station so a bus driver directed me here. This young lady who also happens to be transgender was helping me find my way around so I wouldn't get lost. It was about 5 min after 4:00 pm when I wheeled myself in through the door with this girl, Before I could grab a number in this people packed office the woman looked right at this girl I was with and said "Sir, we are closed." I was shocked that she called this girl sir she obviously identifies as a woman, out of shock I just sat there for a second trying to take in the level of cruelty coming from this woman. She then said again "I said we are closed." So I asked her where else I could buy a day pass and she very rudely said "across the street in that building over there," so I looked across the street and saw that it was a building made up of multipul businesses so confused as where to go not being from this area at all I asked again, "well where acrossed the street do I go?" She very demandingly cut me off before I could explain my circumstances and barked "that building right there across the street!" I was appalled by this womans behavior and before leaving I looked back and said "Lady you need to learn some costumer service skills." I never could find the place to purchase the ticket as the building across the street had many offices which were closed, I ended up getting stranded in town for a while and I felt very unsafe as nobody in the transportation office would help me because I was with a known local transgender. This lady should not have a job and the people working there who did nothing to address her discrimating demeanor are just as guilty as she is.

Hello everyone, my name is Wayne and I wanted to share a very unique experience that I witnessed on a Sun Tran bus in Tucson Az today. The bus was boarding and I was one of the last two to board. The lady that was in front of me was a little short on her fare , & as I was reaching into my pocket to cover the rest of her fare, the bus driver said go ahead and take a seat, I will cover the rest. This bus driver stood up and reached into his own pocket & paid the difference for her fare. I was in total shock.
Sun Tran, you guys rock. Keep up the good work. I'll recomend your company anyday.

Ok so I've just got to say sun tran in Tucson shame on you... People take public transportation as an alternative mostly due to low income status. I have lived in Tucson since 1997 and have used public transportation off and on since then. Today i took a bus to work, the bus i boarded had a short lay over at the laos station then proceeded on with a different route, which happened to be the route i needed to get to work. I legitimately only needed a 3.5 mile ride and i walk the other half mile. The bus driver today made me pay twice even though i never unboarded the bus. I've done this same trip many many many times and was only charged once. So i payed 1.75 for the first mile and a half (a little over) and another 1.75 for thesecond. For two more dollars i could have taken a uber or lift and it wouldn't take a hour to get 3.5 miles! Shame on you sun tran.
