Tra is a phenomenal trainer that is not only very knowledgeable but also highly professional! Working out with Tra is not a workout routine, it is a full cycle experience where you also get a full on lesson/education on why you are doing the exercise, what it does for you but most importantly how to do it properly! Tra guides you through your nutrition, offers you a user friendly app that you can do workouts on that were created by Tra and or just record your own to keep track of your fitness! He pushes you with respect as in not belittle you or use aggressive tactics, listens to you and definitely cultivates a program for your level of needs and beyond! I for myself came there with two separate but major injuries and despite of it all he managed to not only improve the progress of my healing but also has made me stronger and thus far kept his promise! The gym itself has all the equipment necessary that will have you accomplish your goals and is extremely clean! Highly recommended and best of all he has very reasonable prices especially considering everything you get from Tra! Best in the game hands down!

Hands down the best trainer! I have learned so much during my training sessions with Tra. He is always patient with me, especially when I'm struggling to see my hard work. He is flexible with my schedule and continues to adjust to make sure I can get my sessions in. I recently had to switch over to using his training app to make sure I can get my workouts in. Tra always makes sure I have my workouts for the week and will adjust my workouts to fit my needs. He is available to answer my questions and continues to motivate me to work towards my goals. I would encourage anyone who is looking for a trainer dedicated to helping them accomplish their fitness goals to reach out to Tra today.

Tra is the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. He’s attentive to your body goals and flexible with his schedule to meet your needs. He has trained my son and I both and it has been life-changing. I would highly recommend going to Tra if you’re ever in the market for personal training. He also conducts group classes that allow you to be in a setting with others working on obtaining the same body goals. No judgment zone!! Tra is patient and helps you along your workout journey, but still pushes you so you can reach your highest potential. He will always have my son and I as customers. Even when we’ve had to take breaks due to life situations, he was very understandable and welcomed us back like we never stopped.

"Train with Tra," Tra, has been my trainer for years - I have lost count but I started well before the pandemic. Hands down, Tra is the most professional trainer I have ever worked with. The exercises he puts together for me push me to my limits, but in a safe way. He makes sure I am working the muscle(s) as intended to get the most out of the exercise. He knows exactly what the sets will be - he keeps all the sets/reps/weight in an app on his phone. He always finds a way to work around any ailment (e.g., back issue, balance issue etc) so I can do a complete workout. In all these years, I have never had an injury while working out with him and this is because he knows proper form and makes sure I use it. Prior to this I was pulling muscles every year. Lastly, you may think that after years the workouts would become repetitive - but he still comes up with new exercises and new techniques. I always look forward to my workouts! Besides all that, he is a genuinely nice guy. I highly recommend him as a physical trainer - it is worth every penny of the cost for your health.
