We stayed in the RV CAMPGROUND.
Nice RV park. We never saw anyone while we were there. Nice clean restrooms and shower. 30 and 50 amp service, fresh water hook up, sewer all right where you need it. Don't remember the price but it was a fair price for all you got. We will stop there again when in the area.

This place is OK if you are looking for a quick place to park your RV for the night. It has a shabby appearance due to weeds just about everywhere. The dog park is fenced, but poorly cared for. Both plastic chairs in there were smashed and again, weeds everywhere as well as poop that was not picked up by other residents although bags were handy. We had to park right next to the street which was less than ideal. Only amenity I saw was a laundry room. Site had no trees so we baked in the sun until it went down.

We stopped for the night passing through. Our host was so nice and informative. Booking was breeze as was check in. They have a nice little dog area. The sites are a nice size with a table. They jave a nice size laundry room with plenty of washers and dryers. Easy access to interstate.

Great price, basic RV park with bathrooms and laundry. The sites are gravel, level with a picnic table on a concrete slab. No wi-fi or cable. There is a nice park for kids a short walk from your site. Check in and out is noon and the office staff goes to lunch at noon so we didn’t get to meet anyone. You sign a rules form and put it in the night drop in the laundry room. The dog park is dirt with a few tall weeds, some “ fossilized” poop, and 2 cans to put your poop bags in ( which needed to be emptied). Other than that, it is clean. The park is next to a community center and regional airport. I didn’t hear any planes but we only stayed overnight. It was quiet and we were spaced out so you had more privacy. I would definitely stay again.

Very prime location by the golf course, park, close to convenient stores and easy access to i20. They have a dog park and take pride in keeping the area very clean and maintained, sewer and water amenities are great with very good water pressure. 50amp and 30amp service avaliable with most spots having a concrete pad for parking or using as a porch. I've stayed for 4 months now and have had a great experience. They even have a laundromat in the office for guests use. So much more I'm missing I'm sure. 10/10 recommend

We stayed for one night, however we would have stayed longer if we were not on a time crunch!! Great park, very quiet, very clean bathrooms!! Water pressure was amazing!! Office staff was impeccable!! Space for being gravel were very level!! Loved it!! We will be back again!!

It's not fancy, but it's safe great sites easy in and out and when you're traveling through Texas, you can't ask for more of the staff is phenomenal. ||Have found that the escapes parks staff across the country are all incredible if you're looking for a great place to stop on your way through somewhere always look for one of their parks
