My experience with Travisa was EXCELLENT! Before finding Travisa, I ran into some unexpected issues while applying for my visa to Brazil, and my passport was lost in the mail. Unfortunately I felt forced to apply for an emergency passport and visa at the same time with only 17 business days to go before my trip!! To make a long story short, my original passport was found at the last minute and forwarded to Travisa separately from my visa application. After my case was assigned to someone at Travisa, I was able to speak with her directly to make sure she received the original passport and then determine what my options were for quickest processing. She kept me updated on the status of my order throughout the process and I even got my visa back several days before I expected. Great service - thank you!!!

This was my second time using Travisa and fist time applying for a multi-year visa. I was lucky enough to have Crystal Nova as my customer service agent. I had a few issues with my visa application and ended up overnighting 2 additional applications. I called her directly numerous times and she was always pleasant and courteous to work with. While I felt anxious and worried about the process, as time was ticking away fast, I felt assured that my visa and passport were in good hands. In the end I got my visa faster than expected and 2 weeks before my trip!

I hope that all Travisa agents are as diligent, thorough and sincere as Crystal. It's individuals such as herself that cause me to highly recommend using Travisa for visa processing. I will certainly be using Travisa again in the future. Great job and many thanks!!!

I first used the online system to apply for an Indian visa in December and was promptly contacted and advised that because my passport was expiring within 6 months of my trip to India, I would need to renew the passport first (I had overlooked that). The team leader handling my application held onto my visa application until I was able to renew the passport, and without skipping a beat processed my application as soon as my passport was renewed. I was very impressed with her efficiency and friendliness. Their online system was much easier to use than the BLS system!

My initial choice to obtain a Brazilian visa was a competitor of Travisa - not for any specific reason - probably the first link that caught my eye. However, I had such a time-consuming, frustrating experience on their website, I gave up and entered the Travisa site. It was very friendly to navigate, and I was able to place my order promptly.
I received several follow-up emails from Travisa, and I very much appreciated the heads up.
My passport with visa arrived today - earlier than I expected. That tells me that the Travisa folks hustle. Now I can concentrate on other aspects of my trip.
My wife works for a major airline. Many of our friends are internationally-minded and well-traveled. I will mention the great service I received from Travisa, and I hope they get many more customers.

Im a corporate customer and iv had a really bad experience so far.
I will ignore Travisa not knowing the exact requirements for different nationals applying for a visa and go to the main reason why im so mad:-

1- I am 2 days away from my trip and they forgot to type in my apartment number when shipping the passport. Now here I am with no way to get in touch with anyone at Travisa. Nobody's answering my calls nor replying to my emails.

2- I chose to go through a visa services company so that I will have instant support when needed, however forget about getting in touch with anyone once you send your documents. They don't pick up their phones and/or dont ever respond to emails on time.

The video on their website was very helpful- it was a big part of the reason I chose Travisa over other services I found online. Every time I called in, the staff was very helpful. I greatly appreciated getting my visa for Russia 6 days earlier than the expected 15 business days! I will use Travisa again the next time I travel somewhere that I need visa service.

Awesome, fast, and quality customer service! I will definitely be using you guys in the future. They are SO nice and they tell you everything that you need to know. I was in a time crunch, I had about 10 days to get my visas for two countries - it took them 6 days and I had my passport in my hand with time to spare. 🙂 Can't thank you guys enough!

They shouldn't make promises to their clients they cant deliver on. I was informed that I would be able to obtain my passport overnight without an itinerary that stated I had to travel within two weeks outside of the country. Went to 3 different post office locations to have my documents sealed and I was told the opposite of what Travisa informed me. Waste of time!
