I have been living in my apartment for a little over a year. Even though I had no rental history they took a chance on me. If I have an issue Barb and Molly get someone straight on it. They treat all their tenants with respect and are willing to help us all out anytime we need it. After I moved in I locked myself out, it was a holiday weekend, Barb got a locksmith to help me get in. I have the utmost respect for everyone who works for Xtra Management.

I just wanted to say Dennis came out to fix a couple things on my apartment and he was very friendly very nice he wanted to do the job right! He did a very good job. He wasn't leaving until the job was done right and I just wanted to show my appreciation it's hard to come by hard worker now days. Thank you!

Calling management for repairs, work orders and rodent control is next to impossible! In some cases it takes more than a year for a resolution with multiple work orders and call made to even happen! It seems as if they don't care that these issues in the properties they manage cause financial turmoil and health-related issues (mold and unsealed doors and windows, with rodents in the attic and walls).
