Only went in here because I had a gift card…not great selection. Almost every single item had the C logo (not great if you’re not one for logos or don’t particularly care for this one). Staff completely ignored me/not particularly friendly or helpful. Seemed annoyed I was there

Horrible customer service and absolutely terrible communication between sales associates. I was told that luggage tags could be purchased on their own for the same price as if they were added on to an existing purchase, and I watched my friend purchase 3 luggage tags for that same add on price. I went back to purchase more luggage tags because I wasn’t pleased with the look of the design on my first one. Then I was told I couldn’t get the luggage tags unless I made another purchase. Which is it? Make up your mind and make sure you’re all on the same page, please. I work in customer service in the same mall as you, and this kind of thing would never fly. To top it off, I was really excited for the Disney X zip around wallet, and lucky me, I got the last poison apple one in the store. Unfortunately the zipper isn’t even connected on the inside. How do you work with luggage and fail that miserably. Such an awful experience all around.

Spent significant amount of $$ to buy a new Coach. Just brought it in to have them look at what is happening to it. Handle is coming apart. I’ve had numerous Coach purses- backpacks, smaller bags. Looks like they aren’t made like they use to be. Wear of handbag was put back on me - the user. Right off the bat, the associate said that’s $100 + plus to send for repair. Looks like Coach has found another source of income. Repair purses as soon as they break if of their warranty & bill the customer. “We have to make it, dye leather to match. This happens with these handles...” Had the whole marketing line down - 1. No, it wasn’t my only purse. Implied overuse as if my only purse 2. No, it’s not user “misuse“ by mentioning if I carry a laptop. Little zipper area is for an iPad which is what I carried for a while. Best take something back right away if you see it coming apart. Otherwise pay $350 for initial purchase and $100 in 12 months for repair because that’s what happens to these straps. I asked her why they don’t mention this?! Then maybe another $100 in 12 months later. Hmmm..... Maybe I’ll carry it as advertisement on how Coach purses hold up.
